Why has my blog been terminated?

    My account has been closed. I am very angry as no one has told me how I have broken the terms of service. Someone called Anthony sent me an e-mail, which still didn’t tell me. This has disrupted my business and made the listings on Google look very unprofessional, as when a blog is clicked on, it says that I have violated the terms of agreement.
    You have dealt with this very unprofessionally. You can at least tell me how I have broken the terms. Is there a contact number that I can call you on to discuss this?
    I would like to continue with wordpress.
    Do I need to upgrade?
    Please let me know what is going on.

    I’m sorry but we Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff.

    If you have already contacted Staff, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.

    Mistakes can be made but as a policy, we are asked to refrain from discussing ToS issues on the public forums.

    P.S. re: “Do I need to upgrade?”
    There is no upgrade you can purchase from wordpress.com that changes anything at the links I posted above. Those policies apply to every free hosted wordpress.com blog.
