I may be wrong (I don't do much with xmlrpc) but you need to have blogid assigned. Since the php files on wp.com's end are all shared, it's needed.
The only way I was able to get the number was to install blogdesk and let it tell me. I'm sure there's an easier way though.
xmlrpc does work here. Many of us use it.
Where I can find source of work script ? php or perl ? work with wp.com
I find somethng about blog-id but i don't know what is this.
Not sure what you mean about 'work script'...
blogid is the number assigned to each blog here at wp.com since this is a shared environment.
You may want to look over the documentation for XML-RPC over on the codex and see if that helps at all.
Just for reference, I figured out a way to pull up our own Blog Id numbers.
Go Dashboard -> Dashboard -> Feed Stats and hover your mouse over the links along the left hand side. It'll show up in the URLs.
I would say the Blog Stats but I noticed a bug within those URLs.
Hope this helps,
