I have had a wordpress.org-blog installed on my server in a sub-folder for a couple of years and have had it linked to wordpress.com-statistics using Jetpack. This has worked great, until recently when I wanted it to become my main "homepage". So I copied the file "index.php" and ".htaccess" to my server root directory and made all the neccessary changes to make it work, and it did.
The problem is that since I made this change this (one) blog is displayed as two separate blogs here at wordpress.com, one before the change and one after, even though I did not move or otherwise change any of the files in the subfolder?!
I would really like these two blogs to become one again so that my statistics is shown correctly and my followers get messages about updates. I have tried to search the supportforums both here and at wordpress.org but nobody seems to have encountered this problem before. I'm hoping someone can help me to set my blogs straight.
The .org-blog is located at ullisweb.se and my .com-account is ullisweb.wordpress.com.
The blog I need help with is ullisweb.wordpress.com.
