ok, I am following the rules on how to delete a blog and it's still not working!! I want my blog called PassionSZ deleted please! the "Delete Blog" option is not showing up!

The "delete blog" option is under "Tools" in your Dashboard.

the "delete blog" under import/export is not there! Thats the problem! the list is as follows:
