Why is my sidebar not appearing on any of my pages?

My sidebar is not appearing on any pages. I have a widget assigned to the Main Sidebar group and my layout is set to Sidebar on Right, but the sidebar does not appear on any pages. I have played with the visibility settings and this does nothing to change it.

The blog I need help with is redspudcompany.wordpress.com.

  2. In old days every blog was designed to have a sidebar on every post and page. This is no longer the case. The primary feature of the Twenty Eleven theme is that there is no sidebar at all designed into the them to be displayed on posts when displayed on their own pages. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/twentyeleven/

  3. Please read this detailed article on your theme: The workings of Duster / Twenty Eleven http://href.li/?http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/05/04/workings-of-duster/

  4. If you want a free theme with a sidebar switch to using one of these themes http://en.wordpress.com/themes/filter/two-columns/type/free/

Thank you for the informative article. I was able to fix it by changing each page to the "Sidebar Theme".

  6. Aha! I expected you to do that on your Pages. You're welcome.
