I've just paid $13 to renew it and wordpress is not letting me access MarwaSiam.com. How do I fix it. I've the transaction ID in my inbox because I received a confirmation e-mail from WordPress that it was renewed.

The system allowed you to renew just the mapping portion of the domain for some odd reason, which it shouldn't have, so I have refunded that charge.
The domain registration for marwasiam.com expired on April 17. Expired domains become the property of our registrar partner and are only returned to the public market at their discretion. In this case, they have not yet released the domain.

Is there a way that I can get them to release the domain? I would like to use the website with my name again.

I have a feeling they'll be releasing it soon, but there is no way for us to force them to expedite the process.

Okay. So how can I know when it's been released so that way I don't pay for a URL address for no reason?
Also - was the amound I paid reimbursed right away?

If the domain is not available, you won't be allowed to purchase it, so I recommend just trying twice a week.
Yes, I refunded the $13 on July 3. Depending on your credit card provider, you should see the credit on your statement within 10 days.

Hi, I was wondering if the domain's been released. I realized that I have to pay to to find out first, so I was hoping you could confirm so that I can go ahead and re-purchase it.

You actually don't have to pay. Just attempt to re-purchase it, and it'll either tell you if it's available or not.
As of now, marwasiam.com is not available.
