Are you sure it's on the Visual tab and not on the HTML tab?

yeah that is what is so annoying. I don't know HTML that well so I liked how easy the visual tab was, but now it was gone so I can only use the html.

Please go here > Dashboard > Users> Personal Settings
locate this > Visual Editor __Disable the visual editor when writing
and make sure the Visual editor has not been disabled. -
