It is not used to appear in a post the smaller size image for featured image for my Headline theme..
why now it has, and it kinda troublesome because of the double image in a post:

Hi novelku. Heads up that you're using a Premium Theme and should have access to the Premium Themes forum for Headlines. With regard to your specific question, though, there's an option in your Theme Options page that says "Show in Single Posts"; this option pertains to Featured Images. Turn this option off and those images will go away. Cheers.
