saz33nareblog not working...why there is no reblog option?

We used to click on the drop down tab under "liked" posts on the Admin bar and choose the reblog option there, but I believe the reblogging feature has undergone some changes. The last I heard was in this thread I will link to below. I do apologize, in advance, if there has been more recent information that I have not located.Reblogging is in a state of flux at the moment as we improve the way it works.
