I'm sorry but I don't know why that is. Have you contacted your credit card company to find out what the issue is?

@jeprie: we use Paypal as our safe payment gateway. It looks like in your case, the transaction was declined by Paypal. I suggest that you either try a different card or contact Paypal for additional information.
