last week i paid $129 through New Credit Card mode of payment for work by "happy engineers" (export to my wordpress.org site) but it was returned...is the New Credit Card scheme of payment same as paypal which usually rejects payment from Nigeria.

i eventually did all the work myself with some helpful hands from hostigator...but i still feel the job is not complete...can the engineers pls check my lagosbooksclub.com site and correct what might not have been properly done?...i am still prepared to pay for the job please...if l know where to pay to or through...
