Why won't WordPress.co release my Domain for transfer

    I am trying to transfer my blog to WP.org. I have the hosting account ready to go and I want to transfer my domain greamersworld to namecheap where all my other domains are kept.

    Apparently there is some problem and the domain can't be moved until I contact WP support.
    I have sent emails to support ... no answer!

    What do I have to do to get hold of them so this problem can be resolved.

    Any help would be appreciated as this has gone on for over a week now.

    Thank you for the reply... yes it does.
    Next question where do I go to unsubscribe private registration. Is 'Whois' the private registrar?
