   On 23hq.com there is a way to generate a "slideshow" (23 calls it Badge) to show in the sidebar of your website. But it uses Java Script, which isn't allowed on wordpress.com.

   My question is now, is there another way to randomly show pictures in the sidebar of a wordpress.com blog from a 23hq.com account? Something like the flickr widget?

   No. That would require special staff approval and they'd have to code the widget. You could ask.
