   This changes the bulk of the sidebar text color.

   body {
   color: #7F7F7F;
   }

   This changes some more.

   #sidebar .widgets ul li a {
   color: #7F7F7F;
   }

   This would be the widget titles.

   #sidebar .widgets .widgettitle, #sidebar .widgets .widgettitle a {
   color: #171717;
   }
