Will image quality adjust once I purchase Full Frame template?
-
Images in Full frame preview are pixelated. I’ve adjusted them to the proper size but they still do not look good in quality as they should.

Hi there,
A Full Frame theme won’t have any effect on the images which you are uploading or displaying on your site.
Could you send over an example of images which are displaying with poor quality or are pixelated? I’ll be happy to take a look and see what’s going wrong.

I haven’t purchased the theme yet but am just making updates while using the live preview, I’m just wondering if that’s the reason why the image are pixelated? Don’t want to purchase it if there’s no fix. Where can I send you a screen capture?
-
Ah, I see! Well if you would like, you can purchase the theme which you have in mind and if you don’t like it, you can cancel and receive a full refund as long as it is within the first thirty days of purchase!

I’ve purchased the theme, uploaded high res images to use as the header and still blurry. Help!

Hi there,
I just went through a few of the posts on your theme, and I didn’t see any blurriness in the images. I started with your most recent post (http://signaturedesignphotography.com/2013/10/16/melissa-robert/) and went backwards from there for several posts. Are you speaking about other pages, or was it posts that you’re talking about?
I’ve also checked in both Firefox and Chrome on a Mac. Are you using a specific browser that is displaying the site blurry?

It’s the featured images and header images. I don’t have them displayed right now but I’ll set it up so you can see.

I ‘ve figured it out. In CSS the content width was set to 680, I adjusted to the recommended pixel size of 1200 and everything looks great!

I’m thrilled to hear that it’s working correctly now! I was worried when I wasn’t able to see what you were talking about, but it’s great that you were able to find the culprit.
Let me know if you run in to any other issues!

Oh! And also keep in mind that if you really get stuck on something, you always have access to the Full-Frame specific forum which is specifically for your theme and managed by the theme’s author. You can find it right here:
