Will the "Pro-Bundle" replace my existing upgrades?

    Given that I currently have a couple of the upgrades that are available in the "pro-bundle", will upgrading to the pro-bundle replace my existing upgrades?

    Yes, the bundle can replace all but your domain upgrades, as it cannot be used to renew domains.
