Will WP create the below design?

    I want to create a website using WP with the below features. The blog and graphic design for the CSS is not a concern.

    - One line menu at the top of the screen with a drop down list of links for each menu selection and a flyout window with more links for some links in the drop down list
    - Menu row to remain stationary (not to scroll of the top of the screen)
    - security password to view certain sections of the website. (Available to organization members with the correct password)
    - hotspot link on images (photos,maps, drawings, etc) to click on to view the full size image
    - A table plug-in
    - Display a wider area of the monitor. (Most WP sites that I have seen use at best have of the monitor width)

    Read this please and note there is no FTP access to free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins or third party themnes > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Bottom line: Hire a web host and set up your own wordpress.org install.
