I want to move from a WIX site to wordpress, will a guided transfer do that for me as well as give me the capabilities of the "pro" package?

First I want to start with how cumbersome they have made the job of contacting wordpress!!! Even though I have only heard positive comments about wordpress, the fact that I could not get a hold of anyone after spending hours together to find out whether it is possible to move from a WIX site to wordpress speaks volumes about the customer service offered. It is a shame that the only way to find out is to login which seems a lot similar to car salesman? And I still haven't found the answer after going through the blogs. It looks like the company doesn't much care.....
