WordAds Application

    Okay,

    So I am wanting to monetize my blog: http://trnscndntsounds.wordpress.com/ but here's the thing. I use a free wordpress blog right now, so would have to upgrade it to my own domain. But I don't want to pay for the upgrade and then get turned down for WordAds. I have had this music blog up now since early March 2012 and have already had 3000+ views total. I am averaging about 500 views a week now. Is there a way I can apply and then keep the upgrade if accepted, or cancel the upgrade and not lose my money if rejected by wordads?

    No, not really. If you're serious about making money, concentrate on getting your hits up over a thousand, and applying to some good affiliate programs like Amazon. Then move off WordPress.com. Of course, you'll need your own domain name anyway in that case. You might as well get it sooner rather than later,

    Do you mean 1000 as in per week or day? And yeah, I'm considering getting my own domain name, but would I have to start over from scratch and just leave my blog right now at wordpress?

    Daily minimum a thousand.

    If you get a domain name and map your blog to it here the redirect will be seamless
