i am trying to follow my coach directions. The WP I currently have is different from the one in his instructional video. For example under "themes" the "Install Theme" button is not there. As well as "smartone" theme is not there...I installed WP back sometime in 2011..thanks for any help..George

You have a free hosted WordPress.com blog linked to your username. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install any third party themes. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/ The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs are those found here > Appearance > Themes and there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with any sites not being hosted by WordPress.COM. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.
