DONT GET MAD AT ME FOR POSTING - I have a question.
So, if all my posts get deleted, can't wordpress get them back?
My xml file is messed up, and only contains categories and tags :(
I do believe WP has a back up file.... right!
So is it possible to get comments, tags, posts, pages and everything back?

No, it is not possible.
WP.com does make backups. When blog admins delete entries, that is their right as blog admins and WP.com doesn't restore in those cases as far as I know. The blog owner deleted things; they stay deleted.
Make another export of the blog; this one might work. And don't make untrustworthy people admins of your blog, for obvious reasons. This is not a casual piece of advice; it's very, very important.
As you of all people should know.
When are you CP guys going to learn not to add other CP members as admins
because by adding them as admin you are giving them permission do what want with
your blog... CP members should know by now to not to a other CP members as admins... Sigh
We do keep backups, and if your posts were deleted as a result of a software or technical failure on our part we'll do our best to restore them for you.
We don't keep backups for the purpose of restoring posts that were accidentally or deliberately deleted by members or administrators of a blog.
Oops here is what trying to say...
