wordpress blog listing not updated

  1. Hi my blog is listed on my profile LKR design, but it still points to the previewdns site. How do I update it so that it points to http://www.lkrdesign.com/blog and so that it is my primary blog? Even in the Select the blog you need help with drop down here, it still only lists lkrdesign.com.previewdns.com. I need it to show http://www.lkrdesign.com/blog

  3. Hi thanks - my site is hosted on godaddy.com at http://www.lkrdesign.com. If you go there and click on Follow or Subscribe when you pop in your email address, the email sent has all the wrong urls in it for people to subscribe to. I am confused where I go to make sure the Follow/Subscription function in JetPack works correctly.

    We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs here. That's not a free hosted WordPress com blog. You are posting to the wrong support forum. This one is only for free hosted WordPress>COM blog issues. If you don't have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.

  6. Username accounts are not deleted here and you need one for Akismet.

  7. But I think the jetpack follow functions are pulling the blog url info from my wordpress.com profile, which I do not know how to fix.
    It picks up lkrdesign.com.previewdns.com/blog as my Blog URL and it should be lkrdesign.com/blog.

    I am really confused. Your help is greatly appreciated! But if you are sure this is not the place to ask, then Ill keep looking.

  9. I found this thread at wordpress.org, and it is related to my wordpress.com account profile.

    My primary blog here is incorrect and I dont know how to change it. When I can, then I think I can deactivate JetPack, reactivate it, and reconnect it to wordpress.com so that the correct blog url is connected to it. According to this thread, "I eventually contacted WordPress.com support. After emails with supplying information, they said Jetpack uses information saved at WordPress.com to create the links. They had to manually update my old link to the new link somewhere on the WordPress.com site and that fixed the author and tag links in the email sent out. The category link was corrected to the new site but it's an invalid link when clicked on."
