Wordpress Cancellation and Refund

  1. I recently canceled my wordpress account from having it less than three weeks. I was informed that a confirmation link will come to my email and I have 12 hrs to confirm cancellation. It has been 5 hours and I have not received any confirmation at all to my email. To test my server or even if I was getting any emails, I sent an inquiry from wordpress of which immediately went to my email. When can I expect this email as well as my money back for the cancellation?

    Our domain provider is currently experiencing an outage, which means we are unable to process new domain purchases or domain changes at the moment. We have temporarily disabled domain management tools until the issue with the domain provider is resolved.
