wordpress dash board refferal numbers

    Hello, i noticed in my stats today a larger than ever refferal rate from the "Wordpress Dash board". I was wondering if there is a way that i could find out why the bump in numbers so i could learn what im doing right as im pretty new to this

    The blog I need help with is awesomecanada.com.
