I noticed in the site stats that visitors are gaining access via WordPress Dashboard referrer to blogs that I wish to be private. I went to Settings/Privacy and clicked that I want certain blogs to be visible only to people I choose, but the site stats are still showing visitors. How is it that visitors can gain access to a private blog with WordPress Dashboard referrer?
What do I need to do to ensure privacy?
The blog I need help with is mesetas.wordpress.com.
This is not a privacy issue. There have been changes in the stats program. See here please:

Good news: We've historically been vastly undercounting your stats, and we're starting to fix this.
Bad news: There are some bugs with how things add up, meaning that they don't. I apologize for undue excitement this may have caused.
More good news: Although support is closed, we're working on this. We'll fix it ASAP.

I'm confused because yesterday my referrer section said Dashboard one view and today in this same spot is this link: 36ohk6dgmcd1n.yom.mail.yahoo.net/om/api/1.0/openmail.app.invoke/36ohk6dgmcd1n/8/1.0.35/us/en-US/view.html with one viewer. First: Does that mean someone is somehow viewing my dashboard and second: what is this link to? I just started this and have read a lot but I couldn't figure this out.

Nobody is viewing your dashboard. Someone with Yahoo mail was emailed a link to your blog and clicked it.
