I decided to start a blog, here at wordpress, and i downloaded a template, but i cant install it!
When I download the WordPress program at wordpress.org, I go to the tutorial and it tells me that i need theese things:
1. Database Name
2. Database Usernam
3. Database Password
I also tried FileZilla and it needs the Port too..
Please, someone, tell me: How do i find thoose infos that i need?

Apparently you aren't aware of the differences between wordpress.ORG where they have FTP access and plugins and here which is wodpress.COM where we do NOT have FTP access

We cannot help your here. The support forum for those self hosting wordpress.ORG software is http://wordpress.ORG?support
At wordpress.COM we can only use the themes you fond here -> Appearance -> Themes. We cannot edit our underlying templates http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/editing-themes/
Provded we do have CSS editing experience, and are willing to pay $15 per year, and we are prepared to undertake the editing on our own as their is no staff support, we can purchase an CSS editing upgrade.
