   My brother in law has a wordpress set up on his blog (http://jensenwalkerjournal.com/) and this morning we awoke to it being hacked. He can still login to his ftp where all the files are stored but his username/password into the wordpress back in aren't working - so i guess the hackers changed those.

   Does anyone know how we can fix it from the ftp? I mean the files are there. I am afraid to edit the files for fear ill lose the content he already has.

   I have some html/php knowledge, someone just give me a fix direction and ill try and make it work.

   You really should take the friendly supportbot's advice and make friends over at WordPress.ORG. Your friends site is not hosted on WordPress.COM since you have FTP access to it which we don't have mere.
