I have tried to contact customer support for a week in a half to cancel my domain purchase. I contacted them immediately after purchasing it.
Now they don't even give you the option to email them anymore. This changed in ONE WEEK. I have contacted them 5 times. 5 TIMES!!!! I WANT MY DOMAIN REGISTRATION CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY!!!
I have NEVER had such horrible customer service before in my life and I do not want this scam of a company to have my credit card information.
I have no idea what else to do other than complain about this terrible service on every forum, twitter, facebook, website until someone finally contacts me.
I WANT MY DOMAIN CANCELLED AND I WANT A REFUND.
Am I seriously going to have to retain a lawyer in order to get this done?
