   Greetings,

   I have several blogs, all of which came out of a "toolbox" from my webhost. Then a friend recently asked me to set up a WordPress for him as well, since he's not tech-savvy. I said I would and he gave me the site and server info. I set up a database for the WordPress site to find, downloaded WordPress, followed the installation instructions, then discovered I could not load it on his site. I went to the webhost for information, and tech support told that I would need to ask you guys here at the forums about how to load a WordPress site using Windows/Plesk, or otherwise change the site over to Unix. I don't even know what Plesk is! This is the first I've heard of it. I searched the forum, but there's nothing specific about Plesk.

   Any advice using Windows/Plesk would be greatly appreciated! I know a little bit about loading and utilizing Wordperss, but I'm not an expert or anything. I really need help, and support tells me I need to ask WordPress!
