   Hello.

   I have a specific question I'm hoping someone can answer. Please take a look at this link: http://kerrymurrayphotography.wordpress.com/

   It's a photography blog I stumbled across on my daily browsing rituals. As you can probably see at the bottom of every post, there Is a "Spread the love" segment with a like button for Facebook, and a Tweet button for Twitter ect...
   Anyway. My question Is, how do I go about adding these features(If you can call them that?) to appear on the bottom of my posts?.
