wordpress redirect to .org

    My question is that at the end of the month I am buying a domain name currently it is not available but would like to know when people go to the .org website they will see my wordpress pages correct?
    But what if they type in superiorcapcouncil.wordpress.com do they get redirected to the .org website but see the same website. Thanks I did look through the forums, but could not see a definitive answer.

    If you are moving your blog to a wordpress.org install on a third-party hosting service, and you do the “redirect” trick with the domain mapping upgrade here, then anyone typing in superiorcapcouncil.wordpress.com will be redirected to your new blog on the third-party host.
