I'm not clear what you want to do. Are you talking about setting up a page-based wordpress.com site rather than a post based one? If so I am sure you will get a log of good advice on themes, menus, and techniques here.
Or are you talking about installing wordpress software on a hosted site and integrating it with other components? If so you would get a better answer at the wordpress.org forums.
