I'm wondering if all of the available themes for the hosted wordpress.com blogs are considered accessible according to WCAG 2.0 requirements before I have to go testing all of them to verify?

The blog I need help with is blog.bookshare.org.
You need to ask staff directly on this since the volunteers here in the forms probably don't even know what that is without "googling" it. Personally I doubt the bulk of the themes here are compliant.
WCAG 2 (not 1) is a very controversial standard. Some of the requirements are very hard to design around - it depends on the design.
Our themes work very well with screen readers and we strive to make them as accessible as possible.
Can you provide a few suggestions of accessible themes for a WordPress.com hosted site?
All of the themes that are possible are on your dashboard under "Appearance->Themes". External themes cannot be applied to a WordPress.com blog. For guidance on the new premium themes, contact staff.
