   One of our customer came to us as they have a website with us (GetOnline). They created a wordpress.com account for a gospel site.
   Unfortunately the guy who created/administered it had an accident and now he is in coma. There is no way to get his emails or passwords for this site but the priest would like to continue the work he started.

   What and who should provide details about the site and how could this be solved? I'd like to give details in private.

   Somewhere there is a "We got a big problem" link but I can't remember what it is - note that you have an uphill job at this point to get into the blog - there are ways to do that but you need to have specific info available only to people that work on the blog - the blog belongs to the person in the coma - and WordPress.COM respects the privacy of the original blog owner -

   I have flagged this for the staff to help you -

   A note to others that might read this - always a good idea to have a second person that can access a blog - especially if it is for an organization or company - they don't need to be Admin - but an Editor can do everything but change the theme and delete a blog - so adding an editor is prudent

   The staff will need the WordPress.COM blog address to help you - also if you post the address of the blog in question we can make sure you are in the correct forum to get help

   Thank you for your help.
   I passed the link to the parish priest who would like to manage the site. I'm afraid the only connection between them and the wordpress.com site is their current website where there is a reference to the wp.com site.
