Wordpress.com and Google Adsense

    Hi
    I know this was answered before, but the topics are closed.
    I wanted to know if Google AdSense was allowed on WordPress.com blogs. In short I forum my answer here on the forums, but one user said something about a WordPress VIP blog, where you are allowed to use Google AdSense. Is this true?

    I'm just asking, I know that Google AdSense is good with WordPress.ORG, but I don't want to be responsible for everything, I just want to make content.
    If I were to make my Blog a VIP blog, could I use Google AdSense?

    The blog I need help with is sfindustriestechnology.wordpress.com.

    Yes, the VIP program costs several thousand dollars to set up and I believe $2600 per month. And that's IF you're approved.

    Wow. Well, that's alright. If I needed ads, I would go for .ORG then. Until then, I could get into selling merch on my website, like Shirts, or a service which relates to my blog. Thanks.

    Oh one more question, does wordpress.com offer things like widgets, or some way of having a store on the blog?

    E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by WordPress.com. On free hosted WordPress.com blog we can use a contact form and/or a PayPal donation button for sale of only products created and/or services provided by ourselves.

    There is no upgrade you can purchase from WordPress.com that changes any of that. If you do require an eCommerce site, advertising, affiliate links, paid or sponsored content you can hire a web host and get a free software install from http://wordpress.org

    Thanks. I think for now, that a contact forum will be great, especially sense I would like to sell services mostly. Possibly merch that I create.

    You can only sell services that you yourself provide.

    Hi,
    I booked a site basically getting my own domain name. It is like - my jkvasan.wordpress.com has been changed to jkvasan.com.
    However, from what I understand, I cant link adsense to this site. If I want to move to wordpress.org to enable adsense, should I pay extra? If so how much? It is not even 48 hours since I enrolled to change my domain name. Can someone advise me urgently?
