WordPress.com Forums » Themes Removing text from featured images - Twenty Fourt

    I'm hoping I can remove the text from my featured images/posts on my site. I would like the pictures to remain linked to the posts, but I don't want the extra text under each (the text is the category and the name of the post)

    Is that possible? Specifically, is it possible for someone who knows next to nothing about computery things and is likely to screw stuff up?

    Thanks

    The blog I need help with is scratchandsniff.ca.

  2. Hi scratchandsniffdogs,

    If you have purchased the Custom CSS upgrade, you can go to Appearance->Customize->CSS and input the following CSS:

    .featured-content-inner .entry-header{
        display:none;
    }

    This will make the category name and post title below your featured images disappear.

    Yes, that's perfect! Thanks so much!
