   Anyone been able to see the feature as stated below:

   You'll note that was posted and the last comment there is from November.

   I believe the features was implemented for a short time and pulled down for more development.

   Marc's right. That feature was pulled shortly after it went live because it was included in WordPress by error. It is a plugin now that you can run on a hosted WordPress site though.
