WP always ask for upgrade, even after upgrading

    Hi Guys, please.
    I do not know why, even if I make the upgrades I need, the left bar always shows me the same number of available upgrades, why ??
    I am working on localhost, I've installed the 3.4.1 WP and when I finish an authomatic upgrade the dashboard shows me the message "succefully updated" but, once again, upgrades will be always needed.

    We do not provide support here at WordPress.com for local installs of WordPress.org software. All support for that software is found here http://wordpress.org/support/
