   ".For certain domains, such as .com.br and other non-US domains (or ccTLDs), your registrar may require us to add a “Zone Record” on the WordPress.com servers before the name servers can be updated. Please contact support and state the domain you want to map, and we’ll take care of this for you."

   But the contact page is currently down and it won't come back soon!! Can anyone from support please help me on that? Sadly I simply won't be able to use wordpress.com anymore.

   The blog I need help with is erikamth.wordpress.com.

   What is the domain name you need the zone record for?

   I will flag this thread for the staff to help you on the theory you will post the domain name you need the zone record for.

   I'll flag this thread for Staff attention and they will provide a zone record. All you need to do is post here:
   the .wordpress.com URL you wish to map from to the domain
   the exact domain URL

   After Staff provide the zone record you follow this guide to map an existing domain > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

   My wordpress address is: http://erikamth.wordpress.com/
   My domain is .br, so that's why I get the problem: retrogamerdiary.com.br

   As many stated here before, this domain can't change name servers and so WP can't change the domain.

   I have manually added a zone record for your domain.

   You should now be able to map it here following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

   Thanks macmanx! It appears it worked! Now I will only wait a few hours according to my domain registrar!

   It can take up to 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet but it rarely takes that long. We have no control over when your ISP will flush their DNS cache.
