WP is blocking my emails

    Hi All,

    Could you please help me with this. I have contacted my email host but they say the problem is coming from wordpress. I can send emails but I cannot recieve them.

    My email host sent me this email but it may aswell be another language to me :-/

    "Dear Client,

    Thanks for your email.

    Kindly update MX to mail.liftyourstyle.com & MAIL "A" record should point to 203.170.86.201 with wordpress so that your email can work."

    Anything I can do? Meaning someone who's not too tech savvy.
