Now I can't access any of the admins pages. Not even WordPress.com's main log-in site. They hang until IE8 gives up...

I'm having the same problem on one of my blogs only. Even the public website is unreachable. Too much traffic?? Yet I had much more last Saturday.
Another blog of mine is fine.
Do we need to report to Support if the situation lasts a while?
