   If I purchase my own domain name, and move from WP.com to WP.org, will my subscribers follow? Will they be redirected? Or am I starting from scratch?

   The blog I need help with is nittygrittydirtman.wordpress.com.

   If you install Jetpack in the new blog and ask staff here to transfer your followers, they will do that.
