Wrestling Strength Training

  1. Functional strength training that use a variety of exercises and exercise tools. From Gymnastics to Sandbag and Kettlebell training.

    Also can carry over to other sports including MMA and Football, my brother has seen good power and strength gains in baseball using this same program. Really more like an overall fitness deal. Get the whole package as I try to work my body different ways by using barbells, body weight, odd object lifting, kettlebells, dumbbells, gymnastics, aerobics and anaerobics to create functional strength to help in everything from combat to just moving furniture around.
