hello.
i have changed my DNS names to ns1,ns2,ns3.wordpress.com by mistake as i was actually going to use wp.org.
how can i change the DNS names to my hosting site?
note that i do not have the Domain Administration Section to fiddle with the DNS.
please help.

Try the same place you changed them in the first place - your Registrar - your domain name does not seem to be registered at WordPress.COM
my host company said they do not have access to the domain and host anymore. it is all under wp.com.
why do i not get access to the Domain Administration section anyway?
what if i delete the domain and add it on again? will that work?

Before we proceed with anything can you please inform me what is it that you would like to achieve? If you wish to use our servers as the host for your website you have to inform WordPress to change their NS records so that we are in control of the DNS records. Currently the domain on WordPress.com is totally under WordPress's control. Any updates that you have done and any posts you have made there will be on their server, the NS server (controlling DNS records) are all also owned and controlled by WordPress.
For now, there is nothing that we can do and you need to contact WordPress or find a way to change your current DNS setting should yourself as it is beyond our control.
Thus, if you wish to use our server for your webhosting, you need to change the A records to point to the server IP such as below:
minesexecutivehealthretreat.com A 124.150.143.159
http://www.minesexecutivehealthretreat.com A 124.150.143.159If you want us to regain control of the DNS records, you need to change the NS records as shown below:
minesexecutivehealthretreat.com NS ns1.secure-webhosting.com.

You need to change the name servers where your domain name is registered -
your host has nothing to do with the name servers (unless they also have your domain name registered with them) - your name servers are pointed to WordPress.COM
Your domain name (MINESEXECUTIVEHEALTHRETREAT.COM) has nothing to do with WordPress.COM other than the name servers are pointed to WordPress.COM and you probably had your blog hosted here at one point in time
There is nothing anyone can do here at WordPress.COM to help beyond the advice I have given
alright then. i have managed to get hold of my registrar. requesting them to change the DNS back to the original version.
