It's a known issue that we have no control over. We cannot remove "likes" others create. See Turn Likes On/Off on Specific Posts http://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/#turn-likes-onoff-on-specific-posts
And we can only suppress the display of their gravatars if we disable them across the whole blog.
See here > Reading > Discussion and scroll down to the Avatars section and options below it. We can set a maximum rating on gravatar display scroll down under the Avatars to "Maximum Rating" and select G — Suitable for all audiences.
