Previously my wordpress was connecting to my windows live but dont know why now they are unable to connect to each other. I've tried to connect thru my new blog post and also thru my windows live profile setting few times, but to no avail (with the msg shown ). May I know wat's the problem out there?? How to solve this?? Anyone please help me. Thanks!!

Did you follow these instructions?
Remote posting web address for your blog – only change blogname to your actual blog name. The URL needs to end in xmlrpc.php.

If so which browser and version of it are you using please?

I've just viewed thru 1st link u gave. But windows live (which is msn) is same with windows live writer??
There was 6 months advance notice given and then windows live spaces closed. You no longer have a site there. You may be able to ask them for your data but I don't know if they have backups or not. Post to the live space forum.
