"Your Blog / Just another WordPress Site" is pulling through to Facebook

  1. My blog is at http://www.writerzkramp.com

I have changed my setting fields (Settings > General) to the accurate information:

    Site Title: WriterzKramp
Tagline: Stories From an Incurable Imagination

I also have the following "Simple Facebook Connect" plugin installed, activated and working.

BUT if someone clicks on the "Share" Facebook button at the top of my blog posts a second window opens to allow the user to comment while posting the link to their Facebook wall. If you click on that "Share" button you get the default Site Title and Tagline (Your Blog / Just another WordPress Site) NOT my entered Site Title and Tagline from Settings > General.

    Where is this pulling from?

Is this an issue with the Facebook plugin?

    How do I fix it?

    Thank you.

    David
