   I Dont Understand? Do you mean other people acessing your Youtube page, Creating Videos on your sidbar or Putting videos on your sidebar and if you could please put a URL code for your site so i can see please.

   Youtube videos cannot be placed in sidebars, only in posts or pages at wordpress.COM.

   @prabin75 - an alternative - you can use vodpod to place your YouTube vids on the sidebar. You'll have to import your videos to Vodpod first, then after, it's a simple matter to place the Vodpod widget on your sidebar.
