Bio
Author and mental health counselor Mollie Player has one goal: to help people accomplish feats of great strength. These feats include: managing depression and anxiety, maintaining healthy relationships, increasing self-acceptance, achieving personal goals and, ultimately, achieving inner peace. Her self-help books include Fights You’ll Have After Having a Baby, The Naked House, The Power of Acceptance and We Get Better. Her upcoming book, Thirty Cures in Thirty Years, is coming soon. Player is also the sole author of an educational book series called School in a Book: A K-12 Review.
Player earned her Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Divine Mercy University and practices individual and couple therapy in Washington state. Specializing in treating chronic depression and anxiety, she takes a practical, solution-focused, results-oriented, whole-person approach to mental health. She also has degrees in English, history and religion.
