In 2014, I should have 1260×240 header image, Can I have a header image with double the size 2520×480 in the same area, Because the image looks bad as it’s x4 that size :)

What is the URL of the WordPress.COM blog please?

As you already know we provide support only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs here and as we know you have a local install if that is what your refer to then you must post to WordPress.org support.

I am releasing it really soon after finishing my exams on 7th May.

And Ask from now because, I photograph backgrounds and add the logo on it and I check this to know the size I should work with :)

If you expect software to take a HUGE oversize image and crunch it to display it in a space intended for a small image then think again. Doing that means:
    (1) loss of image quality
    (2) wasting your free images storage space
    (3) perpetual troubleshooting.
